يستأنف مجلس النواب، غدا الثلاثاء، جلسته الاعتيادية الرابعة عشر ضمن الفصل التشريعي الثاني بالقراءة الأولى لأربعة قوانين والتصويت على آخر. Resumes the House of Representatives, on Tuesday, its fourteenth regular part of the second legislative term of the first reading of the four laws and vote on another.
وقال مصدر نيابي في تصريح لوكالة /المعلومة/ ، إن "جدول أعمال جلسة المجلس يتضمن التصويت على مشروع قانون تعديل قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية رقم (23) لسنة 1971، بالإضافة إلى القراءة الأولى لمشروع قانون التعديل الأول لقانون الآثار والتراث رقم (55) لسنة 2002". A parliamentary source told / information /, "The agenda of the Council session work includes a vote on a draft amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act No. 23 of 1971, in addition to the first reading of the first draft amendment to the Law of Antiquities Law and Heritage No. (55) for the year 2002 ".
وأضاف أن "الجدول يتضمن أيضاً القراءة الأولى لمشروع قانون هيئة المنافذ الحدودية والقراءة الأولى لمشروع قانون مكافحة الإرهاب، والقراءة الأولى لمشروع قانون سريان القانون العراقي على الشركات الأمنية الخاصة وقانون الشركات الأمنية الخاصة، فضلاً عن القراءة الثانية لمشروع قانون التعديل الخامس لقانون صيانة شبكات الري والبزل رقم (12) لسنة 1995".
