Shafaq News / The Cabinet held its regular session on Thursday under the chairmanship of Haider Abadi.
The Cabinet presented a full presentation on the Iraq reconstruction conference held in Kuwait. It also called for the following: (
a) To hold meetings with ambassadors, institutions and representatives of international organizations to start activating the financial pledges at the beginning of next week.
B - Continue to negotiate with international and national companies to start contracting with them on the investment opportunities announced during the month of March this year and provide facilities, and approved by the Council of Ministers.
The Council of Ministers discussed the issue of the scarcity of water to which many countries, including Iraq, are exposed and the measures taken by the government to address them. According to a government statement.
The Council voted to extend the maintenance of the Mosul Dam. And the reconstruction of Baiji refinery. And the Loan Agreement of the Social Development Fund Project.
The Council of Ministers also decided to grant allocations to the employees of the Border Crossing Authority. The Council also voted to amend the instructions for additional hours for the staff of the Electoral Commission.
The Council of Ministers voted on the allocation of employment grades to the Ministry of Health for the purpose of appointing graduates of medical specialties graduates of the medical and health professions exclusively covered by the law of career progression for the academic year 2016-2017.
