(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Ministry of Justice announced on Tuesday the publication of instructions on the appointment of the grades resulting from the movement of owners, in the Iraqi fact sheet.
A copy of the new issue of the Iraqi fact sheet No. 4497 was issued and included the instructions for the appointment on the job grades resulting from the movement of owners No. 4 of 2018 issued by the Council of Ministers Decree No. 226 of the year 2018, and a decision of the Committee for the freezing of terrorist funds No. 35 of 2018, and statements issued by the Ministry of Culture.
The Prime Minister, issued last June, instructions for appointment to the grades resulting from the movement of owners.
A directive issued by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on the appointment according to the provisions of Article (8) of Article (80) of the Constitution, and Article 11 / III / C} of the Federal Budget Law No. 9 of 2018.
The instructions issued on June 5 2018:
First: The Ministry of Finance to provide ministries and entities not associated with the Ministry of all the table includes the grades resulting from the movement of owners approved until 31 June 2018, shows the number of degrees resulting from the movement of owners of each of the parties and the corresponding titles.
Also included in the instructions issued announcement of vacancies on the website and bulletin board of the ministry or the non-linked to the Ministry.
It also provided for the determination of 10% of vacant grades to appoint the families of martyrs, political prisoners, martyrs of the popular crowd, victims of terrorism, military operations and military errors.
And determine the proportion of 5% of vacant grades for the purpose of appointing holders of higher degrees (PhD and MA), and the same for persons with disabilities and special needs.
Contractors were given a priority in the appointment to award the contractor an additional mark to the remaining applicants, taking into account the availability of terms of reference
