Federal Court responds to the Minister of Transport regarding his interrogation

The Federal Supreme Court announced on Monday its response to a lawsuit filed by the Minister of Transport in addition to his job to challenge the decision of questioning issued by the House of Representatives.
"The Supreme Federal Court has considered the case of the Minister of Transport, in addition to his job, which he has set up for the Speaker of the House of Representatives, in addition to his job," Ayas al-Samuk, a spokesman for the court, said in a statement.
Samok added that "the plaintiff requested the ruling to cancel the questioning issued by the House of Representatives on 14/5/2017."
He pointed out that "the court rejected the case after it verified the availability of the formality of the questioning provided for in Article (61) of the Constitution and its conformity with the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives, and confirmed in its ruling that the evaluation of the facts objectively objected to the assessment of the House of Representatives.
