{Political: Al Furat News} The Federal Supreme Court responded, regarding the validity of its opinion on the procedures of the Parliament session yesterday, Sunday.
A statement by the Media Center of the Federal Supreme Court stated: "It is not true what some are circulating about giving a prior opinion of the Federal Court, whether from its president or one of its members, regarding the procedures for the session of the House of Representatives held on 9/1/2022."
The statement called "all parties to be careful not to attribute any opinion or statement to the Federal Supreme Court, because this will expose whoever issues it to legal accountability."
The deputy of the coordinating framework, Waad Qaddo, said: "The President of the Federal Court informed us by phone that the parliament session held yesterday was unconstitutional."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives held its first session yesterday, its fifth legislative session, in which it elected the presidency and opened the door for candidacy for the post of President of the Republic.
