    [ltr]The Integrity Commission on Thursday announced the acceptance of the Rusafa Criminal Court for its appeal against the decision to close the investigation into the case of forging a study document by Areez Abdullah Ahmed, a member of the Oil and Gas Committee in the House of Representatives and its former president.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Al-Rusafa Criminal Court found that the discriminatory appeal filed by the Commission is within the legal period and that the privileged decision is incorrect and contrary to the law," the agency's investigations department said in a statement received by Mawazine News.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The court noted that the school document was in the name of another person, not on behalf of the accused, and that the replacement of the defendant's name was presumed to be a forgery," she said. "So I decided to overturn the privileged decision and return the file to its court; And to take the appropriate decision in the light of the evidence obtained. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]The court of inquiry investigating the cases of integrity in Baghdad decided to close the investigation finally according to the provisions of article 130 (a) fundamentalist in the case of Ares Abdullah Ahmad Ali in accordance with the provisions of Article 289/298 of the Penal Code, the charge of falsifying the document belonging to him and submitted to Independent Electoral Commission[/ltr]
