    [rtl]The deputy of the National Alliance, Zahir al-Abadi, on Sunday, resolved the problem of the budget raised by President Fuad Masum through the House of Representatives, stressing that the quorum will not be achieved in future meetings and the parliament spent his vote and will not return again to the corridors of the Council .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Abadi said in a statement that "the House of Representatives voted on the budget law and can not be returned to parliament and vote on it again," noting that "the budget will not be amended by the Parliament ."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "the President of the Republic is now contrary to the Constitution, after using his power to achieve the interests of the Kurds," noting that "the budget will pass whether by consent or infallible ."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Abadi stressed that "Parliament will not be able to vote on the rest of the laws suspended, because of the lack of quorum, and the concern of some MPs campaigning, which excludes the inclusion of the budget on the agenda of the Council, especially after the completion of the vote."[/rtl]
