MP Fath al-Fathlawi MP, on Monday, warned of the problem of the balance between [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] remain unresolved, noting that the failure to hand over the region Mabdmth of funds to Baghdad will make the situation difficult in parliament, especially when preparing a budget next year.
