    [ltr]Parliament on Tuesday voted on a draft resolution on the conduct of transfers necessary for the disbursement of risk allocations to the popular crowd.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives voted, during its regular session held today, on the wording of a resolution regarding the authorization of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance to conduct the necessary transfers to dispense the risk allocation to the popular crowd."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The source added that "the Council decided to include the law of professionals and the Bar Association today."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the parliament voted to form an investigative committee on the Ministry of Finance / Budget Directorate selectively on the subject of the introduction of degrees in the Ministry of Electricity."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The parliament held its 15th session, chaired by its chairman Salim al-Jubouri and attended by 172 deputies[/ltr]
