(Reuters) - Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Wednesday rejected commenting on US President Donald Trump's appointment of John Bolton as national security adviser to the United States.
"I'm not going to go about these things and let's look at other issues," said the organizer of the Energy Forum in Baghdad, asking Abadi whether the appointment of Trump to Bolton would spark a war on Iran.
"Iraq wants to stay away from the conflict between America and Iran," he said.
Abadi criticized the transfer of the US embassy from Jerusalem to Jerusalem, saying that "this decision is wrong and incorrect."
