The delegation started with the census: oil, gas, uranium, iron, gold, sulfur, coal, , Fertile lands and rivers, and ... etc. The joke says that the Japanese hosts were shocked when God blessed him with wealth on this country and asked them: Eat these resources and you are still a backward country? They went on: If your country had our hand to make it like Japan in just one year. Here, the joke says, the Middle Eastern delegation laughed and replied: "We, too, would have made you like ours, but only in six months." The result of this joke is wide and profound, which makes it deviate from the whole study: The essence of the problem in our countries is: the authorities that govern not build, and the peoples that produce these rulers from a system of ignorance and obsolete values and patterns of relationships that obstruct any development. The result: great wealth and resources and backward countries living in ignorance, . Japan is a country lacking raw materials and energy, but it has the wise administration that built the constructive people, and a positive people with the will to build did not sit languidly waiting for those who work instead, but only to sing its history. The Japanese mix and the integration of its leaders and people produced Japan today, if only the leadership of another people, or its people are vital to build, but its leadership of the type of Third World governments to achieve what they achieved. After the overthrow of the regime of Saddam Hussein, now in memory, Japanese non-combat troops arrived and settled in a southern province. They wanted to contribute to the reconstruction and support of the people, and they devised ways to suit the mentality of the parents and their level of awareness in order to encourage them to work and participate in solving their problems, but they could not provide much. They face the same problems that have faced and are still facing large companies that carry out oil and other projects across the country, those who abandoned their projects and withdrew or sold contracts to troubled companies, the same reasons and with other reasons that keep investors away from Iraq. During the prime minister's visit to Tokyo recently, talks were discussed with Japanese companies to set up factories in Iraq. This is an excellent step, but its activation needs steps to ensure its success: to provide security and protect companies from extortion and in short to provide a safe environment for its work to succeed and operate the mechanism of Iraqi labor. At the same time, it will be a catalyst for large international investors entering the Iraqi market. We will not stand up without large foreign and domestic investments, and this will only come with a secure environment.
