Nujaifi: Sadr and Hakim have personalities to head the next government and support Abadi termsPresident of the coalition of decision and Vice President Osama Najafi on Wednesday, his support for the renewal of a second term for the current Prime Minister Haider Abadi, but on terms, between the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr and the head of the wisdom movement Ammar al-Hakim have important figures to take over the post of prime minister.
Nujaifi said in an interview with a journalist, "The Journal News", "We support the current Prime Minister Haider Abadi for a second term, but on the terms of the most prominent that there is a clear program of work and a genuine political partnership."
He added that "the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr and the head of the stream of wisdom Ammar al-Hakim have important figures to take over the post of prime minister next," stressing that "Abadi succeeded in some files, and do not forget that the regional and international conditions helped him a lot, especially in the war against a terrorist organization."
"Abadi was given ideal conditions, but his success in general was a partial success. He did not advance much in the political arena, and the economic file is still very flawed," he said.
