[rtl]Basra / NINA / Basra local government signed with the Regional Branch for Arab States of the International Labor Organization, the Executive Procedures Manual for the Employment and Labor Market Department.
The manual was signed on behalf of the Basra local government by the Deputy Governor Hassan Dhaher Al-Najjar, on behalf of the organization by the Deputy Regional Director for Arab States Peter Reid Bemker, and the Director General of the Labor and Vocational Training Department at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Osama Al-Khafaji.
Basra Deputy Governor Hassan Al-Najjar told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "This came within the framework of the continuous support provided by the Basra local government to the private sector and the advancement of the labor market towards more and better job opportunities. The Executive Procedures Manual for the Employment and Labor Market Department linked to the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs in the governorate was signed.
He added: This project, funded by the International Labor Organization and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, aims to provide more and better job opportunities by enhancing the development of the private sector in southern Iraq with a focus on green businesses, noting that Basra Governorate will be the first starting point for implementing the executive procedures of the manual. / End
