{Local: Al Furat News} The Supreme Judicial Council announced, today, Wednesday, the activation of electronic services in the presidencies of all appellate courts, for the systems of oaths and legal arguments, within the framework of the digital transformation adopted by the Council.
The media center of the Judicial Council explained in a statement received by {Euphrates News} that "this step comes as a culmination of the intensive efforts to digitize judicial procedures with the aim of providing distinguished services to citizens."
He added that "the digital transformation included many advantages, including improving the speed of completing transactions and facilitating communication between citizens and judicial authorities - dispensing with paper records, which contributes to reducing paper consumption and enhancing operational efficiency in time and effort, enabling quick and secure access to data and information while ensuring privacy, transparency and credibility in all litigation procedures and judicial transactions, and reducing administrative routine and frequent reviews."
It is worth noting that several training workshops were organized by the Technology Center in cooperation with the Judicial Development Institute for employees in the presidencies of the Courts of Appeal regarding the systems of divisions and legal arguments, which contributed to developing their skills in using electronic systems efficiently and thus raising the level of quality of judicial services provided.
