     Confirmed the Kurdistan region and Turkey, Wednesday, on the importance of cooperation in the field of energy between the two sides to promote the interests of Iraq and Turkey, while Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, his country's desire to develop relations with all Iraqi parties.

     The presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government in a statement posted on its website and seen "Alsumaria News", it said that "the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani and his accompanying delegation met on Wednesday with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara," indicating that "the two sides discussed relations between the KRG and Turkey and ways of enhancing them in various fields, particularly cooperation in the energy sector. "

     The Government pointed out that "the two sides stressed the need to continue to develop economic and trade relations is in the interests of Erbil and Ankara," pointing out that "support any step process that will promote the interests of the Kurdistan region, Iraq and Turkey."

     She added that "the two sides addressed the relations between Iraq and Turkey and efforts to normalize and to address the problems and constraints in the development of relations between Ankara and Baghdad, and the recent visit of Foreign Minister and head of the Turkish parliament to Baghdad and the upcoming visit Nuri al-Maliki, the Iraqi prime minister to Ankara."

     For his part, Erdogan said Turkey's desire to "strengthen and develop relations without discrimination with all Iraqi parties," adding that "it is scheduled to continue to hold meetings and meetings between Iraqi parties at the ministerial level."

     Erdogan noted during his meeting with Barzani that "will visit Baghdad and Erbil after Maliki's visit to Ankara and hold the second meeting of the Higher Committee of the Turkish-Iraqi strategic cooperation."

     And sources close to the president of the Kurdistan Regional Government reported first on Monday (November 25 20113), that the President of the Government of the region of Kurdistan Nechirvan Barzani will travel to Turkey to meet with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the final agreement for the export of oil and gas from the Kurdistan region to Turkey via new oil line, stressing that Barzani will sign a formal agreement to export oil and gas to the Kurdistan region of Turkey across the line will be completed by the beginning of the new oil soon.
