    [ltr]The Council of Ministers explained on Wednesday the mechanism of the system of wages at civil airports, pointing out that the system includes the determination of wages in many areas.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Council of Ministers decided to issue Regulation No. (6) for the year 2018, the system of wages at the civil airports, which was inspected by the Council of State, based on the provisions of Article (80 / III) of the Council of Ministers. Constitution, and the provisions of Article (139) of the Civil Aviation Law No. (148) of 1974 ".[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Secretariat added that "the decision comes to regulate financial matters for civil airports and improve revenues after comparing them with their counterparts in a number of neighboring countries, and ensure the balance between attracting the movement of airlines to the country and passers-by in its airspace."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the system includes the determination of wages in many areas, most notably (crossing the Iraqi airspace and navigation services, landing aircraft and ground services and the system of airports) and other areas."[/ltr]
