[rtl]Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi announced on Tuesday the rehabilitation and operation of the strategic pipeline carrier crude oil (16) knots extending from the fields of Kirkuk to Baiji and from it to Baghdad "in record time."[/rtl]
