The coalition of "victory" led by Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi, on Tuesday, clarification on the withdrawal of a coalition spokesman from his post.
"There is no truth to the news that the official spokesman of the Al-Nasr coalition, Hussein al-Adli, has withdrawn from his mission as an official spokesman," the coalition said in a statement.
The statement stressed "the need to investigate the facts and information from their official sources."
He added that all political forces welcomed Abadi's invitation to hold an expanded national meeting.
"It is hoped that this meeting will be held early next week and there are great preparations in this regard," he said.
He added that "the aim of this meeting is to agree on the general features of the State Administration and its institutions in the next phase." He pointed out that "the meeting will include about ten lists winning the elections.
