    Successive military operations launched by the joint forces in various Iraqi provinces, to cover up the failure to control the deteriorating security conditions.
     
    In this context, Prime Minister "Haider Abadi" approved a military plan under the pretext of controlling security, after having witnessed several areas of security breaches and caused the killing and kidnapping of dozens, while excluded the Shiite militia militia from any role in it.

    This comes at a time when armed groups were active in the implementation of ambushes on the roads, especially in the provinces of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Tamim and Diyala, causing fear among citizens, after the killing and abduction of dozens of civilians.
