    A member of the Assembly of Justice and Unity from the construction bloc Amer al-Fayez, on Tuesday, what happened in the first session of parliament from absenteeism to the members of the House of Representatives is a bad start for the legislative institution.
    Al-Fayez said in a statement that the intended absence of the session represents an unfortunate beginning of the work of the House of Representatives, especially that the people are waiting for the completion of services and legislation of the important laws stalled.
    He called MP Fayez all members of the House of Representatives to take the national responsibility and proceed with the legislative and supervisory role in accordance with the Constitution and serve the people of Iraq in all its spectrum.
