    [rtl] MP for the Reform Front, Mohammed Saadoun Chihod forehead that presented an initiative to the President Fuad Masum, on the grounds that the protector of the Constitution and it applied.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Chihod said in an interview with "Press direction" that the political process at the present time in a state of total paralysis, both at the level of the legislature or the executive, noting that the initiative provided by the Front reform come to break the deadlock and move the political process in both the legislative and executive.[/rtl]
    [rtl] He pointed out that the initiative includes a comprehensive session held under the chairmanship of a temporary chairman of the parliament and then continue further actions of the election of the new Commission president, calling the political blocs not to line up alongside quotas.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that the country today needs to be real and drastic important reforms start of the legislative institution, which lies in two directions first is to change the Presidency, which was built on the quota system, and second, to speed up the broken laws that the Iraqi people need legislation, stressing that the President understands this initiative and promised good he'll move on the judiciary and other parties with a view to the meeting.[/rtl]
    [rtl]It is said that after the events of the last storm the Parliament has become the primary concern of security guarantees for most of Representatives and the political blocs to which they belong have to understand refuse to convene the parliamentary session, but not on a relaxed atmosphere away from the threats and not to repeat what happened recently in the legislature.[/rtl]
