    The MP for the province of Basra, Rami al-Sakini, on Thursday, that the deputies of Basra aspire to be the province's representation in the cabinet next ministerial between three to four ministries, including the ministries of sovereignty, while he pointed out that the ministries of transport and oil should be part of the province being Iraq's economic lung . 

    Al-Sakini said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The deputies of Basra have an agreement and a common denominator is the service of the province and be a share in the ministerial representation as the lowest estimate between three to four ministries, including the ministries of sovereignty," noting that "Basra has made a lot of sacrifices and has the peculiarity of being Represents the economic lung of Iraq, therefore, we hope that the portfolios of oil and transport of the share of the province. "



    Al-Sakini said that "we seek to have Basra within the eligibility of the election ministerial entitlement publicly we can through our representatives competent in the government to meet the demands of the people of the province and provide services to them and end the state of unemployment and pollution," pointing to "the importance of the development of ministers are competent and impartial and Ministers who do not meet the ambition, although they represent the province. " 

    "We have an intention to sit with the prime minister-designate to discuss with him the injustice of Basra and the search for its rights, but we do not want to pressure him at this stage to give him the opportunity to complete his vision of the form of the Cabinet ministerial next." 

    The President of the Republic Barham Saleh , on Tuesday (October 2, 2018), Adel Abdul Mahdi to form the next government.
