    Political negotiations continue to pass "Fayadh" for the post of Minister of the Interior

    A member of the House of Representatives for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, private Dulaimi, on Saturday, that "the objection to the candidate for the post of Minister of Interior Faleh al-Fayadh political and Democratic Party with his nomination," indicating that "there are ongoing negotiations to pass."
    Dulaimi said in an interview that "the refusal of some to nominate Fayadh for the post of Minister of Interior is political and not his person," indicating that "there are ongoing negotiations to pass."
    "We stand positively with all the candidates for the remaining ministries and the responsibility of the failure of any candidate or minister directly held by his bloc," said Dulaimi, "expected to complete the cabinet cabin during the next session."
    The House of Representatives voted in the early hours of Thursday morning 25 October to grant confidence to Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and 14 candidates from his cabinet and postpone the vote on the candidates of the Ministries of Interior, Defense, Planning, Education, Justice, Immigration, Culture and Higher Education for lack of consensus.
