    Information / Baghdad ..
The Palestinian ambassador in Iraq, Ahmed Aql, on Thursday, the Iraqi authorities stopped the ration card for Palestinians living in Iraq.
"The food card has already been stopped from the Palestinians as part of the Arabs and foreigners living in Iraq according to the new law," Aql said in a statement published by the new Arab newspaper.
"We met former Minister of Commerce Salman Jumaili, and while we were there, he called the director-general who issued the resolution and demanded that it be stopped for Palestinians as being treated like Iraqis," she said. "It seems that this director did not like it."
He added that "the Minister of Commerce responded that his ministry took the decision, and that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has no income to do so, and because this was in the last period of the ministry (late last month) did not put the issue on the agenda of the Council of Ministers, I put before them stressed the need to restore things to normal, and I think we will end the matter with the current ministry.
