Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced on Tuesday the decisions of the Council of Ministers for today's session, one of which included canceling the date of the provincial and district council elections and setting a later date.

The office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it that "the Council of Ministers held its ordinary session under the chairmanship of the President of the Council, Adel Abdul Mahdi," noting that "was discussed equality of workers contracts and wages daily staff and including the privileges and rights obtained by the employee in the state such as loans, And retirement, in addition to giving them priority in the appointment of permanent owners according to need and specialization, and the calculation of their services for the purposes of premium and promotion and retirement in accordance with the laws in force as employees, and that the government to bear the previous pension stops for service.




He added that "the President of the Council presented the subject for discussion within the session," noting that "he called for the formulation of the resolution and completion of all legal aspects to achieve the goal of fairness of this productive and sacrifice and reassure its children on the government's quest for stability of living."

"The council issued a number of resolutions, including the approval of the recommendations of the Energy Committee on the amendment required for the service contract for the field of oil," he said, pointing out that "the draft law against terrorism was re-introduced to the Council of Ministers."

The office stressed that "the aim of improving the services in hotels and tourist sites, has been re-introduced the subject of the Royal Hotel Tulip rational, and a period of two weeks to negotiate with the investor," explaining that "the Council again discussed the draft law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 23 of 1971."

The office pointed out that "the Council voted to resolve the legal opinion for the purchase of weapons from the Police Martyrs' Fund, in addition to the vote on the draft agreement on air transport between Iraq and Ukraine," noting that "also decided to cancel the date of elections for the districts and districts and research with the Commission in determining an appropriate date" .
