The economic expert, Nabil Mersoumi, that the investment expenditures allocated to the three presidencies exceed what was allocated to ministries of agriculture, industry and higher education in the budget.
Al-Marsoumi said in a publication on his Facebook page that there are "miserable" figures for investment spending in the next year's budget.
He added that the investment expenditures of the three presidencies amounted to 393 billion dinars, while the estimated investment expenditure of the Ministry of Industry 90 billion dinars, and investment expenditures for agriculture by 150 billion dinars, and investment expenditures for higher education by 134 billion dinars, noting that the total expenditure of the three ministries together is 374 billion Dinars, less than 393 billion dinars allocated to the three presidencies.
