Fayez reveals the mechanisms of dismissal Minister of Education

The deputy of the Fatah Alliance Amer al-Fayez, the insult, the possibility of dismissing the Minister of Education Shaima al-Hayali from her post without a parliamentary investigation or the issuance of a book of accountability and justice on the involvement of its relatives working with terrorist groups, noting that the district is able to perform the constitutional Yemen without achieving the parliamentary quorum .
Al-Fayez said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the Minister of Tariyya Shaima Al-Hayali is an incumbent minister and all laws are in force. If she is fired, parliament will be officially questioned or received a book of accountability and justice about her family's involvement in terrorism."
Al-Fayez added that "Al-Hayali and any minister were voted on by Qadar on Yemen's constitutional performance without waiting for the quorum to be completed."
Fayez called on Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to "ask the alive to apologize for the position and submit its resignation and acceptance of parliament to ratify it and choose an alternative to solve the problem." Ending / 25 d
