Called member of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]the House of Representatives[/url] on [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/66184/%D8%AA%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%85%D8%A9]the wisdom of[/url] Khalid al-Gheshmi to add a paragraph in the budget of 2019 obligates the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1110/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9]Ministry of Finance[/url] and the Ministries of Defense and Interior to transfer the members of the defense and the Interior who have a bachelor's degree to the civil ministries.
In a press statement, al-Geshmi said that "if the ministers concerned with harming their ministries due to the transfer are assessed, they will be transferred to civilian employees within the two ministries."
Al-Geshmi called for the addition of the paragraph for the return of the dismissed or retired persons in the ministries of defense and interior to the army and police if they prove that they left the service for compelling reasons.
