Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday held a meeting in the Polish capital Warsaw with Omani Foreign Minister Yousef bin Alawi.
"I am delighted to meet you again. The courageous decision taken by Sultan Qaboos to visit Oman is making a difference in the world," he said. "It paves the way for many other parties to do what you can, to refrain from sticking to the past and moving forward. "He said.
"Many of you are following suit, including those who are here at the conference. I thank you for this positive policy that is moving towards the future and which may lead to peace and stability for the benefit of all."
"This is a new and important vision for the future," said Omani Foreign Minister Yousuf bin Alawi. "The people in the Middle East have suffered a great deal because they have remained in the past. This is a new era that serves the future and serves prosperity for the benefit of all peoples."
The Israeli prime minister visited Oman at the end of October 2018, where he met Sultan Qaboos.
Netanyahu arrived in Warsaw yesterday evening to participate in an international conference on the Middle East with the participation of Arab and Western countries.
