Parliamentary criticizes the determination of 15% of budget funds only for new projects

The MP for the province of Basra Zahra al-Bajari that the Council of Ministers recently agreed that the education sector to be about 20 to 25% of the provincial budget funds 10% for the electricity sector and 5% for the security sector and the same for the sector of youth and sports, while criticized the determination of 15% Of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/114011/%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A9]budget funds[/url] only for new projects.
Al-Bijari said in a press statement that the Council of Ministers granted the provinces of 25 to 30% of funds in anticipation of the need for mobility between projects as needed for those projects and the rates of achievement and priorities indicated by the Ministry of Planning.
Al-Bajari criticized the Council of Ministers giving priority to the completion of projects faltering and specifying 15% of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/114011/%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A9]the budget funds[/url]only for new projects, indicating that this means that the strategic projects will be very few.
Al-Bajari added that the Council of Ministers entrusted the task of establishing such strategic projects for the concerned service ministries.
