Industry announces the start of the payment of salaries to its employees in the restored areas

The Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Minerals announced on Thursday (February 28, 2019) that it began to pay the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/108487/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%AE%D8%B1%D8%A9]salaries of[/url] its employees in the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/31416/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B7%D9%82 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%A9]areas restored[/url] from the grip of the terrorist organization, for the past years.
The Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department Diyar Khalil Abdullah in a press statement, "its procedures regarding the provisions of Article (55) first, which provides (the Ministry of Finance to pay nominal salaries and allowances saved to employees of the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/31416/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B7%D9%82 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%A9]areas restored[/url] and not acted in previous years).
She added that "has been the promotion of savings exchange transactions for employees of the ministry companies located in the areas that were under the control of the gangs of the Daash terrorist who proved the safety of their security after the issuance of the federal budget law for the year 2018."
"Article (40) of the aforementioned law stipulates that (the Ministry of Finance shall pay the nominal salaries of the employees who are security auditors in the areas under the control of the gangs and the terrorist advocate in one go) through the approach of the Ministry of Finance / Department of Accounting for the disbursement of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/108487/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%AE%D8%B1%D8%A9]salaries saved[/url] (2016, 2017, 2018), which are available to the Ministry.
She pointed out that "the Ministry of Finance has paid [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/108487/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D8%AE%D8%B1%D8%A9]salaries saved[/url]For the employees of some companies located in the areas that were subject to Da'ash after being approached by the ministry and the support of the Bureau of permits and information in the safety of their security position, including the ready-made garments factory belonging to the State Company for Leather Industries where the salaries of its employees were 1315 employees for the years 2015 to 2018, (10 billion nine hundred and sixty-two million eight hundred and fifty-five thousand eight hundred and forty-seven dinars) and the General Company for the design and implementation of projects for the years 2016 and 2017 amount (24178000) dinars and the number of five employees and the Nineveh plant belonging to the General Company for the manufacture of drugs and Medical Supplies Salaries were paid for the years 2015 through 2018 to 868 employees in a total amount of eight billion four hundred and eighty five thousand and eight hundred and seventy-nine thousand dinars and the General Company for Construction Industries salaries were paid for the years 2016 and 2017 for eight employees and the amount of (seventy two million nine hundred)
Abdullah confirmed that there are other transactions under way in the Ministry of Finance for a number of companies, including Al-Qaim Cement Factory and its Northern Cement Associates, the Fallujah Cement Factory belonging to the Iraqi General Cement Company and a factory affiliated to the General Company for Textiles and Leather Industries, the General Company of the Mashraq Company, the General Company for Mining Industries, General of Northern Fertilizers has not been funded by the Ministry mentioned. "
