A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Youssef Al-Kalabi, has submitted a formal request to question Minister of Communications Naeem Al-Rubaie in the first session of parliament on Saturday.
"We have asked a parliamentary question to Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi about the terms of Naim al-Rubaie's appointment as minister of communications," Al-Kalabi told Ashqaf. "We did not answer the question at this moment, and we do not know why."
He added that "so we will go directly on the first day of the work of the House of Representatives in its second legislative term to direct the questioning to Minister of Communications Naim al-Rubaie because he does not have the conditions of Istizar."
