Baghdad / ... criticized the MP on the reform bloc, Abdul Hussein al-Matai, Sunday, the government's neglect of the sit-ins of their contracts in the ministries of interior and defense continued a week ago in Tahrir Square in central Baghdad.
"The government is called upon to put forward a quick and effective solution to the renewal of their contracts from the employees of the ministries of interior and defense, and the possibility of returning them as soon as possible to their jobs in the two ministries," al-Matai said in a statement received by Iraq News.
"The government can not deny the sacrifices of this group over the past years and punish them by breaking their contracts for a mistake they committed."
She called for "the need to embrace this segment and send a representative on behalf of the commander-in-chief of the armed forces to give them promises to bring them back to their ministry, instead of neglecting their sit-in a week ago and the removal of the media that is trying to cover."
Al-Matai stressed that "the government should have a positive attitude to return these young people to their jobs and benefit from them in the advancement and development of the army and the police, especially that they have spent many years in the service of the country and have a lot of experience and expertise in this, instead of leaving them numbers added to unemployment rates in Iraq "2
