         Hold the President of Kurdistan , Massoud Barzani, yesterday held a meeting with the deputies of the Kurds in the Iraqi parliament to deliberate with them on the subject of the state budget currently before the House of Representatives.

    And about the fundamental differences between the Territory and the federal government on the budget, Fawzi said , "This year has emerged in which a disagreement between the parties on the text on the establishment of the Government of the region to export 400 thousand barrels of oil per day and deposit revenues bank accounts act by the federal government , noting that this point constitute a fundamental difference     between the two parties currently , and there are efforts being made to contain it and to try to reduce it , or change the formula set by law , containing the equivalent of cutting the prices of those quantities of Kurdistan 's share amounting to 17 percent of the state budget . "

    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq decided on Saturday (the first of March 2014), to postpone the hearing of the 11th legislative term of the second legislative year, the fourth to Monday, (third from March 2014), for lack of a quorum, while attributing parliamentary source reason for the absence of the majority parliamentary bloc.
