    The MP for the construction coalition Ali Jabbar al-Ghanmi that the parliament has the legal right and constitutional to resolve the Nineveh Council at the request of the government.

    Al-Ghanami pointed out that the Commission objected to some of the problems with regard to the elections of local councils and were discussed, Al-Ghanami stressed the need for elections within the parliament to choose parliamentary committees, stressing that the selection of parliamentary committees needs to be compatible between the political blocs.
