On Saturday, the Parliamentary Committee on Women, Family and Children elected deputy Haifa al-Amin as its president after it provoked controversy over its southern provinces.
"The Committee on Women, Family and Child Parliamentary voted on the selection of the MP for the coalition of Haifa Ameen as Chairman of the Committee."
