    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Parliament speaker Mohamed Halboussi on Thursday urged legislative action to pass the federal court law and presented his second reading at the next session. "The Federal Supreme Court has asked the House of Representatives to legislate an alternative article within the law of the court before the Council because of the existence of a legal and legislative vacuum after the court ruling unconstitutionality of Article 3," the media office of Halaboussi said in a press release, Of the law issued by the National Authority Legislative Decree No. 30 of 2005 ". The statement added that the text of the article includes: "The Federal Supreme Court consists of a president and eight members are appointed by the Presidency Council on the nomination of the Supreme Judicial Council in consultation with the judicial councils in the region as provided for in paragraph (e) of Article 44 of the State Transitional Administration Law ".
