{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Iraq condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Tripoli in Lebanon, which resulted in the deaths of a number of martyrs between a martyr and wounded.
"We also condemn this terrorist act, stressing that the world is called upon today more than ever to join all efforts and unite to face this threat that threatens the lives of all societies," said a Foreign Ministry statement.
"Combating terrorism in the month of mercy and forgiveness is yet another proof that terrorism has no religion, and that no one is inviolable."
"The Iraqi government and people reaffirm their firm stand and their solidarity with the brotherly government and people of Lebanon in order to alleviate the consequences of this sinful aggression. We call upon the martyrs' families to express their deepest condolences and call upon the martyrs to be steadfast in their mercy. Wounded "
