The source said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The Council finished the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of financial evasion in respect of income tax and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United Arab Emirates."
"The parliament ended the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Minamata Convention on mercury," the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
"The House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Paris Convention of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change of 1992, and ended the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the 1995 Grain Trade Agreement."
He pointed out that "the House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft law on the ratification of the Convention on Exemption of holders of diplomatic passports and service / official entry feature between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
