BAGHDAD: The Information and Communications Commission, on Tuesday, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and the National Security Agency, a search campaign on unauthorized entities that sell and circulate wireless communication devices.
According to a statement issued by the Commission, (Euphrates News) received a copy of it "on the basis of judicial orders were closed offices violating the confiscation of all unlicensed devices and deposit shop owners in detention until the completion of legal proceedings."
"Most of the shops selling and trading wireless devices operate without obtaining a license to sell and trade devices from the Authority despite warnings and directives issued by the Authority, which warns unlicensed parties to continue working before taking the fundamental approvals."
