General Directorate of nationality, announced Monday, the end of the first phase of the unified national card project, with the first card will be issued mid-2015, this project "obliging" in some provinces under the pretext of failure to pass the budget.

He said a unified national card project manager Dean originated Khafaji told a press conference today at the General Directorate for nationality, and attended by the Sumerian "news", "the first phase of the project the standard card has expired, and the second phase which depends on the training of specialized staff to issue the card", stating that "a card final agreement, the first of which will be issued in mid-2015.

Khafaji added that "the process of issuing the card will go through four phases, namely drag form from the Internet and then fill them, then bring to a predetermined citizenship services, comes the stage of payment", noting that "a version of the card does not exceed 15 days." 

For his part, Director General of the Department of nationality General Abdel Razak Al-fleih, improvement "project infrastructure lagged behind in some provinces", pointing to "a delay in some provinces as a result of the lack of equipment and buildings to attempt".

Abdul Razak said that "some provinces cannot not to pass the budget, praising the" other provinces have completed the project started. 

The project consists of a set of stages and each stage has its own cost the amount differs from other phases ". 

The representative of the company (gisikh & fashion) project, implemented by German Tobias noslh, said "the project equipment ready, and will be tried in Germany, before the implementation of the project in Iraq to avoid mistakes that may face". 

Confirmed the General Directorate for nationality, (13 October 2013), it will give all Iraqis a NOL card within five years, noting that the first card will be awarded over the next two years after the German company of its equipment, with the new card will enrich the citizens on the use of four review adhesion.

The Iraqi Government has contracted, (8 October 2013), with a German company to issue the smart card standard, a move she cut red tape in State institutions and the dimensions of the manipulation task documents and to enhance security and to ensure the electoral process properly.

I still believe that the SMART CARD is a indicator which here states since the Budget has failed to pass, it will be issued in MID 2015.
