Al-Ugaili: The current constitution is written on American foreign agendas

Saber al-Okaili, a member of the coalition of the Sairon coalition, said on Sunday that the current constitution was written in haste and the US foreign agendas at the time.
Al-Okaili said in a statement to the information, that "the amendment of some articles of the Constitution need a vote of two-thirds of the members of parliament, while the amendment of the Constitution needs the vote of the people and not parliament."
He added that "the current stage requires the consensus of all blocs to change the entire provisions of the Constitution to get rid of the Constitution, which was written in haste and foreign agendas at the time."
He pointed out that "the most articles of the Constitution mined and was the cause of what the country has reached and there are those who are trying to keep some of these articles mined." Finished 25 h
