{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The deputy of the Iraqi Forces Alliance, Samia Ghellab, expressed her surprise at the insistence of the State of Law coalition to nominate Qusay al-Suhail, the current Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the position of Prime Minister despite many administrative and financial corruption files as well as the issues raised against him in the form of integrity.
In a statement, Al-Ghurab confirmed that the Al-Furat News Agency received a copy of that, "It is unacceptable to nominate Al-Suhail for this position despite losing the merits of the nomination approved by peaceful protesters throughout the demonstration squares and the presence of many legal violations against him and that our interrogation was completed in terms of formality and objectivity as well as Corruption files in the Integrity Commission for misuse of the position as well as its sectarian behavior in naming, nominating and assigning advanced cadres to the Ministry of Higher Education.
Al-Ghallab revealed her coalition’s refusal - the Iraqi Forces Alliance - the categorical rejection of attempts to nominate or pass it under the pretext of ending constitutional periods contrary to the will of the people or the agreement of political forces to “demand” President of the Republic Barham Saleh to assume his constitutional responsibilities and not respond to the nominations of those who lack integrity in work and public responsibility.
