     The Kurdistan Alliance MP Hassan Jihad in a statement to the Central Council of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) PUKcc.net, on Thursday, the House of Representatives that the Kurds would not vote to declare a state of emergency in the emergency session of the House of Representatives, noting that this position will not change fixed.
