And a press release quoted the office of Representative Jamal Al-Mahmoudawi received, "Mawazine News /," a copy of it, that "Al-Karkh Investigation Court issued an recruitment order against the head of the Shiite Endowment Court, in implementation of this court decision dated 11/12/2019 and based on the complaint submitted by the complainant. Iraqi Representatives about the head of the Shiite Endowment Diwan, complained of, to refrain from answering inquiries received from the office of Deputy Dr. Jamal Abdul-Zahra Al-Muhammadawi.
He added: "Accordingly, the court decided to bring the complainant (Alaa Al-Musawi) in accordance with the provisions of Article (1/329) penalties and the significance of Article (15 / IV) of the Iraqi parliament law.
