A deputy disclosed the Iraqi President's request to meet with independent representatives to resolve the file of the Presidency of the Government

Member of Parliament, Abboud Al-Issawi, revealed today, Saturday, the President of the Republic Barham Salih's request to meet with independent deputies to resolve the file of assigning a prime minister.
Al-Issawi said that President Saleh asked to meet a number of independent representatives in a meeting at the Presidential Palace to discuss the latest developments, including the file of deciding the presidency of the government.
He added that there are intensive consultations that hopefully the issue of the Prime Minister will be resolved today.
The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, met earlier today, Saturday, with the leaders of the political blocs to resolve the designation of the President of the Provisional Government.
