"The federal government in Baghdad has only three conditions to settle the differences with the Kurdistan Region," said Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Aram Sheikh Mohammad on Saturday.
He said in a statement to reporters in Sulaymaniyah today that "Baghdad has set three conditions as a basis to restore relations with the Kurdistan Region and the issue of oil and airports and border crossings," noting that these issues can be resolved through dialogue between the two sides because each party has a law, Can impose their conditions on the territory of Kurdistan. "
On the differences between Arbil and Baghdad, Mohammed said that "these problems have accumulated for years and is likely to be resolved by the next government," but added that "if there is no political will, I do not think that the upcoming elections will solve those problems."
