Abdul-Mahdi sends a cable of solidarity with China and confirms the desire for bilateral cooperation

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi has sent a telegram to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang.
[size=15][rtl][size=21]A statement of his office, which was received by the Al Furat News Agency, said that Abdul Mahdi "expressed in the telegram in his name and on behalf of the Iraqi people, his solidarity with the leadership and people of China against the Corona virus."[/rtl]
[rtl]Abdul Mahdi stressed, "his high confidence in the ability of China to overcome this crisis and its success in taking measures that reduce its danger to the friendly Chinese people."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that "Iraq stands with the Republic of China and the rest of the countries and the International Health Organization to support efforts to prevent the spread of this disease and to provide effective treatment to eliminate it."[/rtl]
[rtl]The Prime Minister also stressed "his pride in Iraqi-Chinese relations and the desire to increase cooperation to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples and promote opportunities for growth and prosperity."[/rtl]
