The head of the coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, on Wednesday, a cable of congratulations to Adel Abdul Mahdi, explaining all hope that optimism will continue.
"The head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki sends a cable of congratulations to Dr. Adel Abdul-Mahdi on the occasion of his mandate to form a new government," the statement said.
