    BAGHDAD / Nina /--Spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich said : “ UN Security Council is the only body authorized to approve the use of force, even if requested by a country to another of military intervention.

    The source added at a press conference in Moscow, commenting on a question about the control of / Daash / of several areas in northern Iraq and Baghdad request from Washington of military aid : "The UN Security Council is the only authorized body to approve the use of force . / End
